By downloading or using this application, you agree to the following terms.
License
JC84 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the EUCRAW application on any Android device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose
Safety
EUCRAW is a monitoring and logging tool, not a safety device. Riding an electric unicycle carries a risk of serious injury or death, and nothing this app displays reduces that risk.
- Do not operate the app while riding. Configure it before you set off.
- Do not rely on any reading — battery percentage, remaining range, speed, temperature, or an alert — to decide whether it is safe to continue riding. Readings can be late, wrong, or absent, and an alert may not fire at all.
- Battery percentage and range in particular are estimates derived from pack voltage. Voltage rises when you stop and sags under load, so these figures move with how you are riding and must not be treated as a fuel gauge.
- A lost Bluetooth connection, a backgrounded app, or a phone that has run out of battery all mean no data and no alerts, without warning.
Ride within your own limits and your wheel's, and follow the manufacturer's guidance and the law where you ride.
Accuracy of Data
The app decodes telemetry broadcast by the wheel over Bluetooth. Those values originate in the wheel's own firmware; the app reports what it receives and cannot verify it. Manufacturers change their protocols without notice and without documentation, so support for any given model or firmware version may be incomplete or may break. Values the app calculates rather than receives — range, efficiency, pack sag, and similar — are estimates. No figure shown is guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
Wheel Settings
Where the app can write settings to a wheel, changing them alters the behaviour of the vehicle you ride. You are responsible for any change you make and its consequences.
No Affiliation
JC84 and EUCRAW are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any electric unicycle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names appear only to identify which hardware the app can communicate with, and remain the trademarks of their owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JC84 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, or damage to your wheel, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the application from your device.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
